The living and dining area share the same big room, full of light all day that comes in through a big window of wall to wall with a balcony that look towards the street and the pacific ocean where the guests can take the opportunity to watch the world go by below, or can enjoy the sunshine, the ocean view, and watch people strolling by.
The living room is a lovely area, decorated in a comfortable, warm and welcoming style with comfortable leather sofas, flat screen cable TV ; where the guests will be able to chill out after their busy day and enjoy the story telling of city adventures. This welcoming area includes also a lovely dining table with chairs for up to eight people.
The kitchen opens up on to the dining room area. It is spacious and very well equipped with everything you could need to make your stay pleasant. Including, microwave, kettle, stove/oven, toaster, full-size refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, cooking pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glassware, etc. is all provided and ready for use upon your arrival. There is also a washer-dryer machine in this area together with ironing board and iron.
Having internet access makes it possible for guests to stay in contact with family in an easy way while being away and also makes this apartment ideal for those that have to take their business with them on holiday or are actually visiting Lima for business reasons.
Should the guest arrive by car, there is also a parking space inside the building.
